Whenever I can?
Actually, I find it's a bigger challenge to answer an answerer.
But then you just look like a control freak:

Exa.
Waitress: What'll y'all have today? (BTW, I have no idea why she's talking with an accent. Just go with it.)
Bill: I've have the chicken.
Ted: He'll have the steak.
Bill: I don't want the steak. I want the chicken.
Ted: Liar. You want a steak.
Bill: If I had wanted a steak, I would've ordered the steak.
Ted: You DID order the steak. (To waitress): He'll take the steak.
Bill: Will you stop it? I don't want the steak. (To waitress): Stop writing!
Ted: Listen to me, you son of a *****, you're getting a steak. You're gonna cut it up, you're gonna eat it, and you're gonna like it. And then afterwards, you're gonna thank me you a$$hole!!!
Bill: FINE!!! I'll order the damn steak!!
Waitress: So ... Two steaks?
Ted: On second thought, make it two soups.
Bill: ARRRGGH!!!!

All the time at work. Leaders always do. They question everything they see so they can get comfortable with the decision and involved with molding the direction.
No involvement, no buy in.

I answered one question earlier this evening with two questions of my own. Is that unacceptable or what? Whoops, there's another one, huh?

I always do. Sometime, if I feel the questioner is open to the truth, I even voice it...

the real question is, how often do YOU?

2007-05-12 14:07:34 · answer #10 · answered by Roxy 3 · 0 0

All the time...not here, but in my "real" life.....everyone seems to question my intentions and actions and it's like they just don't see...so I tend not to answer as much anymore.....
