Cream is separated from milk by a method that depends on the fact that the cream is slightly less dense than the other components of milk and thus floats on top of the milk and can be "skimmed" off. Once milk has been homogenized, the cream is broken into very small particles that disperse in the milk and can no longer be separated from the milk. I am not familiar with the term "cream milk."
