No, Hot and cold water come from the same tap, therefore the chlorine content are the same. May be a different evaporation rate due the temperature difference, but the initial % of chemicals in the water are the same.

The water from the water heater is fed by the cold water line. Even gets its pressure from the cold water. The only thing a heater does is heat the water and provide piping from it to the hot water taps.

No the chlorine content remains the same . Heated water i.e. bath or shower releases the chlorine faster .

NO The same unless you add some.. But Boiled water dose because pure water rises in the steam but the chlorine docent so the mix in boiled water is greater............

the same...to get rid of chlorine for my fish tank , i fill a pan and let it sit for 24 hrs. the chlorine will dissapate as a gas...

No, it just smells that way because of the temperature of the water. Its normal.
