Yes, you can and it is actually quite common. Most of these cysts cause very little pain or problems and they are harmless. The cyst will not hurt your pregnancy at all! Most cysts resolve on their own with no major problems. If you have been diagnosed with one, just notify your doctor if you develop sudden or severe pain (in abdomen or pelvis) or if you have pain along with fever, nausea and vomiting or signs of shock (lfeeling lightheaded, having cold clammy skin, or rapid breathing).
