Well do 1993 - 1977 and you get 16. That person is 16 years older. See it's actually quite easy because first you have to take 3 away from 7 but you can't do that so you cross ot the 9 and make it a 8 and then make the 3 a 13 instead. 13 - 7 =6. And then 8 - 7 = 1. And then 9 - 9 = 0 and 1-1=0.Then you get 16. Did I make it too complicated telling you how to do the problem? I hope I didn't help you on a homework problem - LOL.

The easy answer is 16 years
However, it depends on the days the two people were born:
For example if the person born in 1977 was born, February 10 (already occured this year) , they would be 30. If they were born lets say June 15 (yet to come this year) the would be 29. So really it can range from 15 to 17 years

It could be 15 years and 1 day, if 1 is born Dec 31, 1977 and you were born Jan 1 1993. Or it could be 16 years 364 days, if birthdays are Jan 1, 1977 and Dec 31, 1993. Or any difference for different birthdays between those extremes. Average 16 years!

It depends on what part of the year either of you were born so it is more or less than 16 years.

You are 14
They are 30
30 - 14 = 16
They are 16 years older.
