And definitely a teeter totter. And a ladder and slide for all of those ups and downs. Tether ball would be good for when you feel you are hanging by a thread. I'm not sure if the jungle gym is such a good idea..... we might find ourselves talking them off of a ledge one time too many.

Lol. I suffer from clinical depression, so I find the mood swing think kind of funny. What you're doing is great, and I would definately include swings. I doubt the kids will realize the correlation between swings and their moods. Just don't call them mood swings, try something inspirational, like dream reachers or something.

of course they should. I had a mood ring , oh you said swing. Sure, why you bother me about this, what did I ever do to you? do you hate me or something. I am going to cry . would you like to come over for coffee? I have cake. that makes me happy . I like you

Yep. And get these kids back on the "merry-go-round of life". Avoid a "slide into depression". The ups and downs of maniac depression can be treated with the see-saw of emotional highs and lows.

Mood swigs? Yes. But add someone with a heart and the ability to listen to push it.

Don't forget the emotional blocks, 12-step ladders and teeter-totter personailty quirks. Playing at your playground should be very interesting, though responsible adult supervision may be rejected.

Yes, of course. You should also put in a mini emotional roller coaster and a see saw
