My very, very sweet and gentle cat (named Sasha) just died, and I want to bury her ashes underneath a rose bush as a kind of memorial to her. I have found roses named "Sasha" (aka "Our Sasha"), and "My Sweet Girl", but no place that sells either of these roses, or a rose with another suitable name. I know that most roses are hardy to zone 6, and I am in zone 7, so that shouldn't be too much of a problem. I'd be very grateful if anyone out there can help me.

I'm so sorry I could not find a rose named Sasha. Can I suggest a few just for memory.

This is a classic old garden Tea rose called 'Souvenir d'un Ami'. It has double, cupped, globular, large, and quite fragrant Tea style blooms. Pink tinged with salmon. Flowering singly or in small clusters. Blooming repeats or is continuous http://www.helpmefind.com/rose/pl.php?n=5908
Souvenir means to remember, recall, & recollect
Ami means friend

'Lest We Forget', a floribunda, has medium red blooms with quartered bloom form. Blooms in flushes throughout the season. 32" tall

'Remember' White, near white & white blend blooms. Blooms in flushes throughout the season.
Height of 5' large flowered or hybrid tea

'Remember Me' ®, also known as 'Rose d'Amour'
Orange & orange blend blooms. Mild, Fruity, Spicy fragrance. 20 petals. Medium bloom form. Spring/Summer flush with scattered later bloom.
Medium, bushy growth habit of up to 36" x 22"

'Remembrance' is a Floribunda with orange/red flowers. They are lightly fragrant but bloom profusely. 3.5 feet

This is not the first time I've sought a rose for a departed friend and this makes me remember why I grow my 'Souvenir d'un Ami'.

I found one African Violet 'Sasha'

On-line shopping for roses. I looked for the rose and did not see it. However, consider contacting the customers service or email them and ask if they will help you get it from there growers. You can do this with your local nurseries too.
Hope this helps... I just started a blog on my 360 for sharing ideas and thoughts concerning memorials I would like it very much if you would consider sharing your idea. Please accept my condolences, our pets are so precious to us and we accept their loss with no less emotion than are human family.
