I think the problem is that your fish were misdiagnosed in the beginning. No fungus causes swim bladder problems or pop eye. You have a bacterial infection in the tank. I would suggest a 50% water change and begin treatment with an antibiotic asap. My first choice would be Furanace then Maracyn 2. Treat as per the package directions for 10 days to 2 weeks. To be totally honest it's probably too late for any fish showing symptoms, but you should be able to save the infected fish that are not yet showing symptoms and prevent the infection from spreading to any that are not yet infected.

Sorry for the bad news, but hope that helps

Take a water sample for testing at any fish store! They'll tell you whether your water is clean or not. Also, when you add tap water into the aquarium you must add anti bacterial since there might be bacteria in the water (which kills the fish). So replacing the water might not be the best solution....seek professional help from a fish store.

The dwarf puffers are nice nothing quite moves like them, they're tough little buggers I hope he makes it. Just change half the water and maybe not with distilled water, but tap water.

Do a 60% water change. If symptoms still appear after 3 more days, take a sample of your water an take it to your nearest pet store an ask them what is wrong with the water.

Hey, keep giving meds as directed but don't feed them any more for two or three days I read it on the net and tried it and it worked. Try the other suggestions you have received but try also not feedint for 2-3 days along with water changes. Melafix is a good one for fungal infections...hope this helps.
Oh... a good book on fish care is good too!!
