Ok, so, there are some songs that have a little bit of screaming in it, and I like them A LOT but then there are songs that have the whole song freaking screaming.
For the people who like that stuff, just tell me one thing. Why do you like screamo music?

Well, in order to really love it, you have to look past the screaming. Screaming doesn't make the music, it's the musicians that do. The instruments create a loud and aggressive sound, which reflects an angry emotion. Screaming is an action due to anger, which completes the whole aggressive sound that heavy metal evokes.
To answer the above statement: Sure, everyone can scream, but not just anyone can kick a double bass pedal 1,000 beats per minute, or play scales on the guitar in half a second.

Its, not just the screaming people like, its the way that it sounds with the eat of the song or just a bands style of music that fits them best. i like some screamo music. I like Escape the Fate, they scream, but not too much, like throughout the whole song, but their good, you should listen to them if you havent already.

I personally hate it! It is not music to me. Anyone can go and scream through out a song. Some people however, will disagree with me. Some people love this kind of thing. I think everyone's reasons for listening to "screamo" will be different.

Screamo is derived from Emo. Basically screaming emo. There's a huge difference between Metal and Screamo. Screamo sucks. Metal is the best. Don't ever say screamo is Metal. It isn't. Look up real Metal. Death Metal, Black Metal, Thrash Metal, Speed Metal... It's all good. But screamo sucks.

I like Screamo music because you scream your heart out and express louder and harder. One song I like from Screamo is My Sharona by The Numbr One Looks Like You .

I love Metal, but screamo is pretty awesome, too!The screaming just wakes me up inside and makes me feel alive..It's a great feeling :)

i've learned to like screaming, but i could never listen to a whole song of it. well, maybe i could. i don't know why i like it. it's just a part of the song i guess. i'd rather a screaming part in the middle of a song than a rap part.

Some people have an emotional disorder, and they listen to "screamo" music because it can calm them down, or help them concentrate, and some people, like me, just like it because it just lets you tap out of reality.

it just sounds cool.
I gotta admit though, I kinda hate it when bands have one dude singing, and another dude sitting next to him and making cookie monster noises. but, it just relaxes me, something about it. I dont even look like I would like it, but I love it.
