i have looked in all the phone shops i can think of but nowhere seems to do the one for the E350.... any ideas?

Amazon should probably have it. They have great stuff for phones, even the older ones, and way cheaper than you would get it at a phone store. Otherwise, eBay probably has something too. Also, try looking for what you want at shopping.yahoo.com! It shows you a list of a lot of different stores on the web that have the item you want, and compares prices.

Either go to the Samsung website and see if you can get one directly from them, or run a search on Yahoo with the phone name, model and USB cable.
