If you are wanting to improve grip - one simple way is to get a tennis ball and do reps of 100 several times a day. Just squeezing and releasing the ball is all you have to do. Well yes, Being a RB myself...in order to use your fingers you have to use your hand, in which there attached to lol. better hands are always good but if you have small like myself you need that lilttle extra grip, whith that said a great way to obtaining this is by squeezing a tennis ball or hand grip in which you can get at most sporting goods stores and even walmart. and just squeeze thoughout the day and you will notice the difference

Buy a handgrip(you can find it in good sporting goods stores, where workout equipment is sold) and use it...Easier way is to just practice with something like a baseball or tennis ball to grip it...
