You did not give your age. I guess your resume was written by a professoinal agency. Wrong thing to do. Sit down and write your own resume with your words. No longer than one page wiith print that can be seen--without glasses. Do not use abbrevations. .. When an interview happens--NO NO's. Short skites---blouse with breast hanging out. Wear a business suit---to do business. Go prepared to answer quesions--make up questions that they may ask. Rehearse. Apply for jobs that you are educaated to handle. Six months working at Wendy's hardly qualify you for Hilton Hotel management. Since you do not know what the IDEAL JOB is. I will tell you---Hours from 1100am to 100pm -- with two 15 minute breaks and a one hour lunch. With a hansom salary. ... OR--marry a millionary with a family fortune. I think Prince Phillip is available. OR--stop trying to impress your future employer and go look for a positon that is available for hire. Start your own business--since you are so smart. Sears--Walmart--Kmart--are promotable jobs---Snow plow drivers are unempoloyed this time of the year. If you do not fit in a job with your arrogance. United States Mariines are looking for career persons. Excellent pay--retirement and benefits . No resume is required and they will train you for the career positions. Don't like tha Marines try the United States Navy--same policy --training with benefits. PROMOTION--PROMOTION--PROMOTION. .
Maybe Big Lake Minnesota doesn't have the job you want--MIGHT HAVE TOO MOVE.
In conclusion the job you want does not exhist. Go look for one that is reality.
Good luck with a resume that you bought and cannot get hired. in a job.

It would really depend on a number of things... What is your "ideal job"? Are you qualified for that job that you want? Is there an opening somewhere for that type of job?... etc etc..
Some people think that they should be able to instantly jump into the ideal job.... I don't know what your case is.. you may have been working toward it for years and years... And, as I said, it really makes a difference what you consider "ideal".
There are some people who's ideal job is someone elses nightmare of a job.
I think you need to look at some of the questions I asked.. And as yourself them.. Especially the one "are you qualified?"... because no matter how much you consider something an "ideal job"... if you're not qualified to get it, you probably won't. Even if you think that you're good enough to do it, you're going to have to show them some proof, whether it be schooling, previous jobs, or something you have done in that field.
Like I said, some people tend to think they can just jump into that ideal job.. and I am guessing since you have a great resume (which to me means the right experience, etc).. you're not one of those.. but if you are.. Remember, not everyone can start "at the top".. Sometimes you have to start at the bottom.. and move up.. :)

Sounds like you have made a stinko resume if it's getting no results. Recast your resume so that it contains all the buzzwords in the job descriptions you want. Word for word in ads and job listings. You're hit rate will improve.

Sometimes it means starting at a job with lower pay, to gain experience, or taking an internship.
