I have to agree with most of the answers that you have been given. No, you shouldn't trust that. Most men who have a female friend and care for him as a friend and as a friend only would not interfere and cause problems in their relationship.
And if for some crazy reason, what your husband is saying turns out to be true, then you need to tell him that that friendship has to go because no true friend causes harm in a marriage. People need to know that there are boundaries and your husband should not associate with people that are going to cross them and cause you harm and insecurities because after all, you are supposed to be his number one priority.

whatever cell phone company he uses you can find out what number it was. if you remember the time and date you will find it. get the number and call the girl. she might not even know that he is married to you.
i know this cause i had a billing problem with verizon and i asked to see all the phone call i was charged for the month. it was like 7 pages but it show every number dialed and recieved.
good luck

Your kidding right? This is a trick question right? Or is it that as long as you pretend that what he said is true that you don't have to deal with the hurt of his lies?
You've just discovered the tip of the iceberg.
I hope you don't keep the pretend going on in your head because it will just prolong the inevitable.

Oh boy, you already know the answer to that. He is seeing somebody for sure. You best start figuring out what you are going to do now. Whatever excuse he comes up with you know that it's a lie more than likely.

This is called probable cause, so you must continue your investigation to get irrefutable proof.
This is not enough to assume he is cheating, but it is enough to have a healthy level of skepiticism and suspicion.
Proceed with caution and please, do NOT jump to conclusions UNTIL you find the smoking gun -- IF, you find a smoking gun.
