i suspect they take money from new investors to pay original investors. ponzi. sound familiar? a guy who works with my wife says he has referred no less then 20 people. many, many will get hurt. we are in for 1 but are still waiting here at 10+months. when we bought we were told 3 to 6 months. profits from the sale for us is in the 500,000 range. we're now being told by salesman to be happy if we get $35,000. why not but, how can a house valued at $1,000,000 drop to $560,000? not near me they aren't. he tells me prices are being crushed in the market. too many stories they have. if your in and can afford, sit tight. if your in and can get hurt, get out.

I don't know why you are not getting paid. I got a big check a few weeks ago.
All you have to do is go inside a busy shopping mall, flap your arms up and down like a chicken, make loud clucking noises, then in between clucking fits, yell... I am as dumb as a box of rocks....as loud as you can. Then two days latter your check will be delivered by a James Bond type guy using a jet pack to land on your roof. Good luck.
