kind of.. the person who's pointing out spelling errors is either trying to get your attention that you maybe should take some typing lessons, or they are just being a jerk.
as long as the question can be read and understood, there is no reason why anyone should bother telling someone that(in a stuck-up voice) "your typing skills are horrendously atrocious and I hope to never come across such typing as long as I live"
Its just useless.

I think some people go through their whole lives like that....looking at the pieces instead of the big picture, focusing on the technicalities and failing to understand the overall point. Seems to be that most people like that are selfish and not interested in really understanding, only in criticizing to make themselves seem superior.
It is unfortunate for them, as well as the people around them.

Naw... they don't feel sorry or bad about missing out, so why waste my worries on them. Maybe, just maybe they dont care about the answers- their mission in life is correcting errors and that is all the reward they need!

Yes, because that's how I was in 5th grade... always focusing on errors, never focusing on anything else! I was so annoying!

I quit striving to be perfect when I turned fifty, guess it makes them feel as if they are better than us, and love pointing it out. just in case we missed that clue

If people learned how to spell correctly and use proper grammar, then you wouldn't have this problem. My advice to you is, take advantage of your education, it just might come in handy one of these days...

I agree. Does it really matter if we have perfect spelling on here, are we being graded?

No. But I've seen some questions that were so badly written that I had no idea what they were asking.
