I make BBQ and grilled shrimp that are outstanding if i do say so myself. I also make a mean chocolate pound cake and a custard pie that is out of this world. Both desserts are my great-grandma's recipes so I take no credit for them at all.

Watercress soup topped with Crème fraîche Roast Tenderloin of Scottish Venison Resting on Caramelized Red Cabbage,Potato Dauphinoise and Red Wine Jus. Sticky Toffee Pudding with Butterscotch Sauce and Homemade Vanilla Ice-cream.

Recipe for gourmet spicy burgers (yummy burgers)
Ground chuck
Hot Italian sausage
Hot bbq sauce
Worcester sauce
Ketchup
Chopped up onions
Garlic salt
Pepper
Blend all of these ingredients together and let marinate overnight in the refrigerator and grill the next day. They very well may be the best burgers you have ever had and I've had a lot of compliments on them.

I make a wicked strawberry shortcake. When holidays come around, my mom and sisters always ask me to bring my strawberry shortcake. I have a home-made strawberry sauce, that I mix with the strawberries .. this is what makes the recipe soooo delicious. Home-made sweet biscuits, fresh sliced strawberries, real whipped creme and home-made strawberry sauce ... Mmmmmm, great, now I'm craving for some!! :(

I make this amazing pumpkin cheesecake bar. Mmmm...it's so good.
I also make incredible spaghetti sauce.
There's this Italian potato dish I make too. Soooooo yummy.
