Okay, this is a rather long story, but here's the gist of it. The company I work for has a confidential way to voice your opinions about your department to HR. It is anonymous, but the comments go to your department director and manager. I commented about something that is going on in our department, I had talked to our manager several times about it and she did nothing. My complaint was completly warranted and I went to the next step in the process. When she got the complaint, she called me in the office in front of our director and accused me of it. I did do it, but it is supposed to be anonymous. Also, several others have complained about it too, so she has know way of knowing without a doubt it was me. I feel that she is accusing me of things when she shouldn't and trying to make me look bad in the eyes of our director. I just recently got a certification higher than her and now have more credentials than her. I believe she is jealous and out to get me. What should I do?

Write down all the reasons this should not have been done and why it is totally unacceptable and send it to her superior.

. Your right she is out to get you and the fact you have a higher certificate then her is a big motivation for her to target you. Stand your ground!!!! document everything have a witness when possible. Put everything in writing please this is so important. Now for the good news what happens to people like this they will hang them self's. they will slip up on their plan to harass you and they will get busted for their behavior in the work place, Her actions are grounds for harassment. which makes her a liability at the place where you work and could get fired for it
