Are there any places on earth that don't have earthquakes at all?

There is no place on earth that is completely void of earthquakes. If you want to improve your chances of being earthquake-free, you might try an Archean shield or craton such as the Canadian Shield or the Baltic Shield, where the rocks have been more or less stable for well over one billion years.

If you want to be 100% certain you won't be subject to an earthquake, you'd have to move to the moon - as then you would have a moonquake instead of an earthquake!

No place is entirely safe. Nature is unpredictable no matter how hard meteorologists and disaster detecters try. Just be happy that there is no earthquake or any natural disaster in your town.

Any continental craton is relatively safe. They are not actively involved in plate movements. All you should check is whether there is any active fault or lineament in them.
