Leave them alone. Their parents are probably just off foraging. (Unless they've been gone more than a day or so, then, yes, worry.)
If you're still concerned, call the local ASPCA, or animal control, and ask them what to do. There are laws that protect wild animals, and unless you're a licensed wildlife rehab person, you can get into trouble for keeping certain ones.

Hello...LEAVE them BE, mama's have to go off & eat too...otherwise there's not much you can do with newborns to save them ..other then try rabbit food...but don't mess with them unless you can know mama's been gone some 24 hours @ least ...if the nest is clean & tidy, she's around ..Take Care :) Kudo's for asking before touching too :)

Definately leave them alone, if you touch them you will scent them with your smell and the mother (if she is still around) will no longer care for the babies. I know it is sad, but there really isn't much you can do. It's nature's way, if the mother is still living she will care for them.

Each day you can bring the rabbits food and avoid touching them because if the mom does come back she will reject the babies because they have the human scent on them

hi
yeah you will not see the mother.. she does not stay with the babies b/c it will attract predators. leave them alone...bunnies are very hard to raise in captivity.
mom only feeds them morning and night.

If you haven't touched them, DON'T! The mama will be back. If you've touched them or the nest she may abandon them, and raising them yourself will be difficult. Good luck...
