i live in Niagara Falls, Ont. My boyfriend wants to move to my home town Wasaga Beach because he doesn't want to raise our son here but i love it here in Niagara falls and i don't want to move. I don't see why it is so bad here. Growing up in Wasaga beach i was also depressed...I had to get out and he knows it so what do i do??

Sit down and think of some places you will be willing to live and then sit down with him and talk about it. Tell him flat out that you not willing to live back where you grew up and he is not willing to raise a child where you and him are at now. So the next best solution is make a compromise, find somewhere they meets both of your qualifications. Do some research and take trips there and see what's what. Good luck.

Well....you have a child involved. If you both can't agree to it then stay where you are. If it is a job promotion and the extra income will help to improve your lives then at least consider it. I think there maybe something else going on here that either your not telling or you don't know about.

You and your bf have got to sit down and really talk this through. He has to respect your wishes and you guys should come up with a compromise. If he really cares for you, he would understand how much you did not like living in your hometown. He will agree to living where you guys are now.
