I've been on the net since 8 in the morn its now 5, my @ss is numb and im worried my parents think im dead then again didnt hear a word from them all day!

Yeah, just have a walk around and give your eyes a break...then if we see you in an hour who cares? Just don't make the mistake of diving straight for the TV! Go for a walk and get some fresh air, or do something that needs to be done!

Yeah, I'm pretty sure that you needed to. Go talk to your parents for a while. Computers isn't always good for us. Especially when you've been in front of it a long time.
Do some meaningful activities. Don't just lock yourself into your computer's world. Go and see the outside world!

As long as you can walk to the bathroom and still remember what outside looks like, I think you can keep going. Don't forget to eat a little something.
