how much would it cost to get the air conditioner charged in this car. it only blows hot air now.

Charging will only help short term--you'll need to find out why it leaked out the freon as well. Have the a/c shop run a dye test on the system or charge it up and pour soapy water around all the fittings and joints and mainshaft of compressor...any leaks will bubble.Some shops have a sniffer to check leaks and some have dye and blacklight or both. Call some shops for a quote to test and charge system.

I agree with Paul H. and would just like to add that this particular model has had a history of issues with their compressor.

depending on what is wrong with it,, compressor or a hose, could run you 1 K
