As always it is a mix of the listed factors and more.
I feel the expectations of people have become a little outlandish too. Some give undue importance to trivial health problems and waste valuable time of specialists.
The family doctor who must guide the patient and his family to seek timely help at the right place is being ignored by the system.
Preparedness for emergencies often appears wasteful and unnecessary. And in the event of disaster any amount of preparedness often proves inadequate. Luck often plays a major role here.
I believe medical technology is advancing at quite a satisfying pace. Wish the benefits of these advancements reach the masses.

With every day pass, our country is getting into more and more trouble. The inflation, unemployment and falling value of dollar are the main concern for our Government but authorities are just sleeping, they don’t want to face the fact. Media is also involve in it, they are force to stop showing the real economic situation to the people. I start getting more concern about my future as well as my family after watching the response of our Government for the people that affected by hurricane Katrina.
