That's definitely the girl's fault, because alot of these girls look and act much older than they really are. They could be even 13 and look 22! Trust me, I've seen it happen to alot of people.

1. What is the girl allowed to be in the nightclub in the first place if she is underage
2. Akon should know better as to hump her due to her age.
3. The girl was playing up to his sexual prowess but that is more the reason that Akon stay in control for his own good.
4. Both are equally to blame and so are the nightclub owners who let her in the place at all without checking for a legitimate ID. Granted you can have a fake ID but there are other ways such as the Driver 's license or other forms of ID to tell if the person is of age.

That's a tough situation. The girl doesn't look 15 years old. So it's her fault for being there when she doesn't belong there but at the same time Akon as a grown man should be more in control of himself although she did throw herself at him. But still he needs to use better judgement simply because he's a grown man and for the fact that he's a celebrity and should be more mindful of situations as that. I guess he didn't learn much from the whole R. Kelly situation. That's a situation that can go either or both ways.

Both - she shouldn't have been there and his act on stage is a little over the top. If he wants to have a type of act like that, he should pre-arrange it with a willing of age participant who is informed of what will occur.

Akon had no right humping her, but the girl had no right being in the nightclub in the first place. I mean a nightclub is for 20 and older and shes 15!. She deserves pure lixs for that!

he would not stop, I think he was wrong but let us ask: did he know her age? On the other hand, if she was, let's say 30, it still would have been wrong because he put her in danger physically. It looked as though he was just dragging her all across the stage and it did not stop for a while. He got out of control, period. Furthermore, when he was done having his was, he did not even help her up.
Verdict: Both were wrong for different reason~
