Easiest way is to wear shoes,splinters will go through socks. If it is going to be the finished floor,I would have it "fine sanded" or use a "finish" grade plywood,ask at the home center/lumber yard.Can also have it finished with Polyurethane that will seal it so splinters will not start.
Oh the sarcastic answer to this is "not to walk on it." Sorry had to say it.

Not without applying a thick coat of sealer. You might be able to sand and paint it, but plywood is a composit material that will continue to splinter. That's why it's not intended to be a floor, and most municipalities require you to cover it with flooring before giving you a certificate of occupancy.

It would depend on the plywood. You can paint the stuff, or cover it with a real wooden floor. Or you could use carpeting or area rugs. Or wear socks.

You could try finishing it somehow, but I'm not sure what type of finish would work. But, if it is only temporary, just put something on your feet or lay some type of cloth or tarp over the floor.

With all due respect and not at all knowing why anyone has a raw plywood floor, certainly you can cover it with paint,,,a few layers... Polyeurethane, Luan, Birch veneer panels, carpet, tile, vinyl sheet stock, etc.
