No, accidental touching is not sexual harassment as there was no intent and it would be difficult to prove intent. Also, if the girl felt that it was an intentionally grope, she probably would have said something at the time, or indicated it was unwelcome.
If this kind of accidental touching were sexual harassment, half my school (almost 30 years ago) would have been in trouble! There must be some balance between protecting people and not going overboard on making everyone so paranoid about normal incidents.

No, I dont think that falls under sexual harassment. It was an accident. Its not like you wanted to touch her boobs, and that's even if you did. You simply were trying to avoid falling and her boobs got in the way. I wouldn't worry about it..

No--and your mind should be focused on higher things.
Breasts and other budding things are body parts. If you weren't thinking about sex, then there isn't a problem.
If you thought about it later, then you need to get some positive activities to get involved that will enrich your life in the future. Either way-- Get going!

It was an accident. If that was considered sexual harassment, people on the train during rush hour would be penalized all the time.

No, that's a sexual indiscretion that's pretty minor unless the girl complains or makes a big deal of it.

No that is not sexual harassment. There was no intent or continuation of said incident. Now whether or not the girl felt violated is her call!
