When they are eggs or immature they can be preyed upon by snakes, birds bigger, gators. After they reach about three years old, they are at the top of the food chain.

There are no nile monitors native to florida, yes, introduced, but I'm assuming in an all-native environment, so no pythons, no monitors, things like that.
In the nest, eggs are preyed upon by fire ants, raccoons, skunks, opossums, feral hogs, etc. If a turtle decides to build a nest inside the gator nest (which -does- happen from time to time) any eggs that are uncovered will be eaten by crows and other birds.
Hatchlings are prey to all of the above (even fire ants while still in the nest), as well as herons, egrets, otters, owls, hawks, osprey, vultures, large bass, gar, and other carnivorous fish, snapping turtles, softshell turtles, bobcats, um... anything else with teeth that can get ahold of one and either tear it into chunks small enough to eat or swallow it whole, including other alligators.
As they get bigger, the smaller predators become unable to feed on them, but even into adulthood, alligators will kill and eat any alligator smaller than them that makes itself a tempting meal. Smaller males trespassing on a large male's territory? Too bad, so sad... meat is meat to a gator.
And of course, humans.

In a normal ecosystem man does.Right now though in the Florida Everglades there is a problem with exotic snakes trying to take over the alligators niche because of those people who released their botheorsome snake pets there to rid themselves of them.In one instance they tried eating each other and both died.It made the news here in Bradenton,Fl.

Man, bigger alligators
Alligators are just about a top predator in most circumstances although the eggs and young may be vulnerable to smaller predators.

They don't have predators when they are adults but humans. When they are eggs, their main predator is the nile monitor and other big lizards.
