I'm on alot during the work week & sometimes on the weekends when i'm not going out or just want to stay home.

It normally depends on 3 things: My questions, my previous answers, and my memory.
If I have any questions myself, I check in every day for at least 3 or 4 minutes to answer a question or 2 after I check mine.
If I got a Best Answer, I always come on and throw out about 20 minutes of time. 'Cause, you know, I'm on a roll at that point.
And of course, if I forget that Answers even exists for a day or two (Which I have done, oddly) I don't go on. It's somewhat sad.

My breaks at work. I'm the boss and I get lots of breaks....
Serious answer about 2 hours a day. I can type over 100wpm.
