I am having a rough time because on December 9th 2006 my grand daughter at the age of 7 months died of sids. And on December 22,2006 my son who was 21 was murdered.

I must say that I am truly moved almost beyond words. I can't even begin to imagine the devestation you must be feeling. I am pleased that you were able to share that with us. You sound like a woman with a lot of inner strength, othwise you would not have reached out this way. All I am able to say is that I am so very sorry for your double loss, and I don't know if you are in any way a religious person, but I promise that I will include you in my prayers today, that you will be given added strength to cope, and to know you are not alone. I am so sorry Sunny. I lost my Son to cancer and my grandchild is gone because her mother ran off and i can't find her. Your pain is new and i really feel for you. I have had 5 yrs to heal. You will always mourn,but, time will heal some pain.Mother's Day is difficult for us. I'm crying as I type this. We will never be the same,but, we can be better. Life is the Great Humbler. What a terrible time you have had. I sure hope 2007 has been less eventful and you've been able to grow close to the rest of your family. My heart goes out to you.
