Coins first, then bills, or bills first then coins, or coins on top of bills, all at once?

Yeah, I like the coins first too. At the Chinese place they always put my coins on top of my bills and hand it all to me at once and I hate that.

I prefer bills with coins on top because that's easier to manage with one hand (like at a drive-thru) because the coins weigh down the bills and they don't blow off.
But what moves me to tears is when someone actually knows how to count back change.

coins first! it annoys me when they put the coins on top of the bills because sometimes they slide off.

bills first then coins. if all at once, i, the clumsy one, will end up picking the coins from the counter or floor.

i really hate when they give me the bills first because its so awkward too try and balance the coins on top.

coins then notes, i work with money all day & that is the best way, if you put loads of coins on a few notes the coins slip off
