check your lug nuts
them have a break inspection done
most of the time when you have a clicking noise it`s the break calibers

I just had that same problem with my supra have you recently changed your rims, I thought it was the bearings but we just had the rouge lug nuts on it so check it out that should solve your problem.

replace it bearings don't fix themselves

Loose lug nuts.......Check them.
