My 98 chevy lumina brake lights went out both sides and middle ,fues on passenger side fuesbox not blown.?

1) Faulty brake pedal switch?
2) Faulty relay under the hood?
3) Faulty flasher unit under the dash?

Most likely a bad brake light switch located on the brake pedal.

Turn signal switch on steering column is bad. Been there, done that

theres another fuse and relay pannel under the bonnet.i would also check under there
