I'd say your best bet is to wear a flapper costume, just type 'flapper costume' into a search engine and it will kick back numerous places that sell flapper costumes. Which is nothing more then a fringed dress or skirt/shirt combination. heels, a headband, sometimes a feather boas, and long, long strands of pearls. Something llike this:

A knee length sleeveless dress with either fringe or beading, Mary Jane type shoes and stockings with a seam going down the back. Long bead necklaces, a chin-length bob wig, and red red lipstick.

you need a spagetti strap dress with lots of fringe. a short straight hair wig, with a head band with sequins or something, or very short tight wavy wig, severe makeup, and a cigarette holder (you know on of those long one's you see in the movies.
