You should've looked on the receipt and called that specific place. They probably would've given you either a full refund or something within that range of compensation.

Well when you found the hair you should have went back to McDonald's and went to the manager and told him/her that you found a hair in your biscuit, and then i wouldn't have ate there at that specific McDonald's again.

If you didn't speak up BEFORE you left the restaurant, they will never believe you at the local store. Besides, the manager there is probably a dick anyway, so I say go over his head! Contact McDonald's corporate office at
http://www.mcdonalds.com/contact/contact_us.html
Good luck!!!

I would go on-line...they will ask you where you bought the biscuit and you will probably get something free out of it along with their apologizes. You should then, also call the restaurant directly and let the manager know....Again, they will make it up to you. It IS gross when you find something like that in your food....Even in the food you make...Just gross....

Contact your shrink who will then tell you that things like this happen and not to worry about it. He'll probably also say that the only way to ensure something like this doesn't happen again is to buy and cook your own food.
