She should go to JAIL. If she is going to set a good example for her fans she should go. That way it will show that just because you are rich and/or a celebrity you can't get out of some sort punishment if you do some thing wrong.
Martha Steward went to jail, so why not Paris Hilton?

Im sick of that *********** ***** she has way too much money, but she's has no brain in that blonde head. I don't even see how she can be a celebrity?? what the **** does she do?? suck dick on camera?? is that all....because thats all iv seen so far, ******* her bf's on camera...She should definetely go to jail and i wish they never let her out because that ***** is a spoiled brat and doesn't know what it means to earn a living and work hard for your money. The sad part it that alot of american girls (teens) take paris as a Role-Model. .

What kind of question is that? A celebrity is a real person too, just like the rest of us. They know the difference between right and wrong they are not some imaginary being that lives inside our televisions. If you do the crime, you do the time. She has no remorse for anything she does only that she got caught. Maybe this will make her see that there are consequences to our actions.

What? Hell no, lock that bîtch up! There's nothing special about her--she's just some spoiled little rich girl. She deserves no better treatment than the rest of us. Unlike India, our famous people are covered under the law like the rest of us!
(And any uneducated dingles that are going to thumbs-down me for that India remark, at least check the news and verify whether I'm right or wrong first. They routinely let Bollywood actors off of minor charges over there.)

NO!!!!!!!! Going to jail only gives them "cred" it's like when they go to rehab and their popularity shoots up and you notice they suddenly get movie deals. Paris Hilton has never done a damn thing in her life and doesn't deserve any special breaks. it's like leona hemlsey getting away with saying she was used to a certain lifestyle. screw that. don't want to worry about dropping the soap follow the law like the rest of us.

helllll nooooo!!! she needs to go to jail! she broke the law just like anyone else and i am tired of celelbrities getting a brake when there are millions of INNOCENT ppl in jail and can not get a brake! so she needs to pay the time for doing the crime. she took it as a joke cause she didn't get immediate jail time the first time. so i think to bring her back to earth, she needs to feel like the little ppl she steps on while boasting about her riches

I think she should go to jail, but she should have the option as other rich and famous people do and be in a cell alone and with all the amenities she needs. She can afford it easily yet she was not given the option which I don't think is fair. It's not like she killed someone. Just a stupid probation violation. She didn't hurt anyone.
