Oh, man, you don't know what kind of question you asked. If you want a consistently great artist, try DJ Trashy for breakbeats. Also, as for individual tracks, check out Orbital's "Halcyon On+and+On." You can find it on iTunes. check out www.djforums.com and you can find genre-specific lists of artists. Just try not to mention Tiesto or Oakenfold. It gets the inmates rather agitated.

the radio(sorta), dance dance revolution cd's...thats all i got for now. go to an electronic store, go to the techno/dance section find a CD with an interesting title and listen to it on those listening thingy.
