Wow...you are a very thoughtful woman.....
1st. Do NOT ask him a lot of questions. After a tough day we cavemen don't feel like talking. If a question requires an answer longer than one word then don't ask it. Too many questions will INCREASE his stress level. Let him enjoy some silence.
2nd. Massage his ego a bit. Give him a hug and tell him how much you appreciate his hard work. Ask him if he would like a drink. Here is a SECRET. If a woman knows how to motivate a man, that man will DO ANYTHING for her. Look at the Taj Majal. A man built that for his wife because he wanted to impress her.
3rd. Have him sit down, take off his shoes, rub his shoulders and tell how in a fun way what a great man he is. He will know you are playing him but he will love it (assuming he is a normal man). After you feel him PHYSICALLY relax, then say what can do for you to make you feel more comfortable? Then listen and do it.

As for dressy sexy, this is fun for us guys but doing the stuff I recommended is more powerful. Good luck.

I'm 23 and is not easy but most of the stuff you wrote is what we have to do give him a kiss sit him down take his shoes off before he comes have his cloths ready if he likes to eat first serve him food or let him first take a shower while you massage his arms and sit down with him ask him how did he do that day of work and let him know how you feel for him and what ever comes after that will let you know if it worked ah and something sexy on and good a good perfume his favorite and his favorite food

Listen to what he has to say about his day for awhile before you start talking about your day. If he is stressed out at work, he doesn't want to come home to a nagging, complaining wife. If he doesn't want to talk, ask if he wants to be left alone (as in the room alone) or just doesn't want to talk yet. When he is ready, he will talk.
It has been said marriage is 50/50, well it isn't, it is 100/100. Each has to give 100% to make it work. Sometimes ladies it seems like our 100% is larger, but to them, it looks like theirs is more. Try to see things from the other side, be patient and ask every now and then if you could do something different to help him un-stress.
On the other side, if you keep him guessing as to what you will be doing when he comes home. Well who knows where it could go from there? One day have a " nice" outfit on, then on another day one that isn't so nice. Just make sure he isn't bringing anyone home on the not so nice days. Make it so he never knows which side of his wife he will be coming home to and soon he will be rushing home to see and without to much stress hanging on.
Use your imagination, you know him and what he likes. Use that for your ammunition. After 32 years of marriage, we still aren't bored. (snicker snicker).
Good luck

only start something you're willing to finish... all of the above... one at a time or in combination would work for me... If he's the sole bread winner... then by all means... all he really needs is assurance that the stress he's under is appreciated... because after all it's for you that he's chosen to be in his stressful situation.

So anything you can do... even just telling him "you love and appreciate the effort he puts in to create and maintain your home"

I'll bet you haven't been married for more than 2 years... *sigh* a young marriage is soooo filled with desire...

In any case your on the right track...

After a long day of hard work we usually want to eat, crap, shower, sex, and sleep. Maybe a lil sportscenter somewhere in between. Remember we're tired so maybe you can be on top during the sex or just a nice BJ and some peace and quiet.

If he's a good man he'll return the love one hundred fold.

ok so he's stressed from work;do all of the above and if none of it works then just try talking to him about work also, and sometimes it would be nice to make an effort that would calm things down a bit you have to make the first move so he can know he's coming home to something (good)

Try them all.......I know most men want to have a minute to unwind first. I play it by ear on a daily basis because he's sometimes stressed out from work. Why don't you ask him what he prefers, and then take it from there. God Bless!
