lpm stands for liters per minute, which is a measurement of volume rather than pressure (psi). to get an accurate answer, more information is needed.

a lot of it would depend on the port size ,and also the regulator should have a gage on it so this would make it a lot easier to set it,id start out kind of low with it and then go up if needed its always better on those to start low any way ,and don't go no higher than you have to,good luck with it.
