My bonehead brother has a sort of tryout session at pizza hut later today.

So far he's done Application > Test > Interview > This.

He said this tryout thing has a special name or 3 letter acronym. As did the test. Being the idiot he is, he can't remember it.

I'm just wondering if anyone knows so when he walks in there later he can actually tell them what he's there for.

it's probably FSC..food safety critical...this is a new program just started in the last of months. tell him not to worry about it to much. he will have 14 days of training if they do it right.

It's probably an 'RJP' - a realistic job preview. This is a standard procedure for any manager candidates. I haven't heard of it for a crew member position. I assume that it could happen, though. Otherwise, the next step in the process would be the onboarding or the orientation.

though i dont know what the acronym you are asking for is, i can tell you however, i seriously doubt that they will see if he knows it or what it means. im sure they'll mention it and/or say what it means right before he begins doing what he is supposed to learn when he gets there.
