Yo need a video card with TV out, then your TV becomes a second monitor. Or you can connect the video card with TV out to your VCR and then into your TV from the VCR. That way you can see everything that appears on your PC monitor on your TV at the same time, but with the bonus that you can also record everything. Be careful, you will also be recording all of your typing etc, in fact everything that is seen on your PC monitor. Most of the GForce video cards have TV out, some also have TV "in", cheap enough start about £35. The Nvidia software that comes with these cards will allow you to set up the connection to use your TV as a second monitor. It is good fun and it allows you to save films etc to video tape instead of using up your hard drive space. A LP video (VCR) recording of 8 hours on video tape would take up about 30 gig of your hard drive.
