"pinching" abdominal muscle pain?

I was fine this morning when I woke up and while playing with my son he jumped up and down on my stomach muscle and I got a painful pinching feeling. Since then every time my stomach muscle moves or is touched it hurts.. wtf did he do to me? He only weighs like 17-20 pounds. What can I do about it?

if its a pinching type of pain... chances are it isnt an internal organ thats damages. its just muscle. try applying some cold compress to it. if it still persists after two or three days... i think youll need to have that chaecked
