send a comment or when you're on their profile go to there table box and click add friend

If you know your friends email address, you can run a search by that on myspace. Just click search on the top of the myspace page and click search by email, or if you know his name, do it by name. You can by age and location also.

If you find his profile, you can send him a message even if you aren't connected as friends yet.
