Nope; there is just too much risk from radiation directly from the sun as the moon has no ozone layer, unlike the earth... But if people created an artificial ozone layer on the moon, then i would have second thoughts... :)

I looked up at the moon this morning and saw the crescent moon and was thinking to myself- that is the symbol of the muslims. Do the muslims know that there is an American flag planted on the moon which was put there when we conquered the moon and claimed it for the USA back in 1969.

As long as I was with my kids....and all the meesed up people in the world were left behind..I'd go live anywhere in space. I'd rather stay here and send all the messed up people to the moon...

Not immediately. Too much danger from radiation, muscle deterioration, meteors, running out of supplies and so on. Later on if they get a nice big self-sustaining underground base up there, it might be fun to go to try out the lunar gravity and to have walks on the luner surface and see the Earth.

me me me ME

Let it be me - I'll go there.
WOW!

Just think - for a start I could play real good golf - you'd never believe how far you can hit a ball on the Moon.

That astronaut bloke did it, do you remember. Phew, that ball is still going - they say it will come round every 70 something years - or was that Haley's Comet?

How about the bloke that hit that?
WoW!

It would be interesting and probably fun, but the biggest problem would be oxygen. If there are technical difficulties and the air supply broke down you'd die. Sure, you'd have air tanks, but they would only last so long.

So no, I guess not.
