I bought a men's dress shirt. I'm trying to decide whether I need to have the body taken in.?

How much room should there be? I know that tailors will know but I'd also like independent views from people here.

My sister used to buy men's shirts because the shirt laundry charges less to launder men's shirts than they do to launder women's blouses, and that is something she considered unfair.

Most men's shirts are either straight or slightly tapered. You may want to have a tailor take in the seams on the sides of the shirt to show off more of your figure.
