First pick your favorite, most interesting, or even most hated class. What made you love/hate that class? If you find that you hate a class, you can talk about how that made you realize you didn't want to do something like that the rest of your life which is why you chose ____ as a major. If you love something, talk about why you love it and how you plan to use your love for that in order to motivate yourself throughout college.
Try to make everything fit...for example, if you hate math but want to be a doctor, don't mention that because as a doctor you have to take TONS of math related classes and be able to do math well both in college and when you're a doctor. Focus on how you work hard in your math classes and strive to understand and do your best...you like finding practical uses for math, etc.
