What are the best hospitals for the lowest cost outside of the U.S.?

Hi, My father is 87 years old and he needs medical care. His legs burn at night. I was wondering what is the best country I can go to, to get medical care for the lowest cost. I heard for instance that India has some great hospitals, for 1/4 the price of a similar hospital in the U.S.

there are good doctors all over the world. You can start with a US doctor to find a specialist elsewhere and talk to them about the cost, including travelling and lodging costs and then consider travel. good luck
