Lucky 13, I know San Quentin and Sing Sing are for Male offenders. It would give them the chance to be able to have a t shirt printed up saying:

"I spent the night in the Hilton but I had to push in through the back entrance."

Shall we start a rival petition?

The Send Paris Hilton To Prison For Longer Campaign?

OK, please cast your vote. What would best serve justice?

And pass on the word - I want to see if we can vote Paris all the way to a life sentence!

She broke the law. Worst still, she knowingly broke the law. She also broke a law that all-too-frequently results in loss of life and family devastation. And then she violated her probation.

Paris Hilton may be wealthy and famous, but she's still a criminal. For that, she should be treated like any other criminal. There shouldn't be one law for 'them' and another for 'us'. Financial penalties should, I feel, also reflect wealth: the rich should pay more than the poor - it's meant to be a punishment, not an inconvenience. Arnie should not interfere with the judicial system so's to protect one of this own, and I hope Paris likes Signor Dildo - up the asterix (with a wire brush attachment).

1)Does she deserve jail? Not just yes but H3LL YES

2)What are your thoughts on her getting sentenced to time in? I think the judge was right with the sentence and should have been done a long time ago!

3)Should Arnie give her a pardon? NO

4)Do you think she'll met lots of nice young ladies who are just desperate to wag tongues with her? I think that the women will want to beat the heck out of her and maybe teach her a thing or two about REAL life!

5)Do you think San Quentin would be best for her? Or maybe Sing Sing? I think she should be sent to the toughest women’s facility possible and put her in the general population

I posted this on another question –

There are more important things happening in the world than what is happening to a "spoiled" rich kid who thinks she is above the law just because her daddy owns a chain of hotels! She deserves what she got!

I think she will learn nothing from the experience and will want to make some sort of documentary - she is so fixed on attention seeking. Which everyone has been a witness to when she started stamping her feet and starting a petition to send to the Govener. As for a Pardon thats a laugh, shes not innocent and thank god she didn't kill anyone while driving not only intoxicated but with out a license and insurance. She deserves everything she has gotten in a court of law and more.

As for Paris herself, she didn't just violate the conditions of her "parole" /probation once she did it twice 1 more time than any normal citizen could have done. Ignorance of the law is not an excuse.

As they say if you don't want to do the time than don't do the crime.

When she was put on Parole/Probation she was given conditions which would have not only been read out to her in court but would have also been given to her and her lawyer to read and go over.

Celebrities know they are in the public eye and therefore whether they like it or not are considered to be "roll models" for young kids, and they should act accordingly. And if she is let off young kids who think she is the best thing since sliced bread will be saying well if she can get away with it so can I....

Do I think the court gave a fair and just sentence - Yes I do in fact it should have been longer.

I also think the judge in the case was right not to put her in a "celebrity prison" where its all fun and games. I also think the judge should have sentence her to a rehab and as she likes to get behind the wheel of a car after drinking he should have sentenced her to work with the fire and rescue units that have to see the aftermath of drunk driving. Perhaps a stint in the morgue with victims of Drunk Driving are often taken after an accident.

I also think the judge should make her make a dontation to MADD and SADD and perhaps talk to some parents or families of people who have lost kids and family members to drunk drivers

My advise to Paris Hilton is For God's sake girl wake up and smell the coffee, the world does not revolve around you and I am surprised that your parents are not ashamed of you! You also need to see that you are not the be all and end all that you think you are, and the sooner you realise that you are no better than anyone else the better. Take your punishment and learn something from it and stop your whining and throwing a fit that makes the worst 2 year old fit look like a walk in the park. Grow up you only have yourself to blame for the position you are in!!!

I do apologise for going on but these spoiled rich kids are not above the law and its time that they found out that they cant be rescued from serving time for the crimes they commit just because daddy or mommy will pay to get them off the hook!

*****************************************************************

This is far from the first time she has been in trouble with the law and she still has plenty to answer for, including other court cases that she has paid someone to say that "distraught and traumatized as a consequence of the findings at the May 4 hearing ... and her fear of incarceration." and thats just for a civil case *rolls eyes*

This spoiled wanna be princess needs a serious reality check!

Jail..throw away the key and leave her there for a very very long time ...so when she gets out everyone will have forgotten all about the little overrated spoilt brat and we won't have to see her stupid face and her antics in the press ever again.

she has broken the law by driving under the influence of alcohol and whilst banned, she has been caught not once, not twice but three times. she should be punished. what is wrong, is not that she has reveived a custodial sentence but that others do not always receive the same. would her supporters be there if she had hit and killed some innocent bystander, we all know the rules, do not drink and drive

JAIL!!!!!!!!
I don't want to sound mean and awful, but HA HA HA HA HA.
She obviously thought she was above the law and untouchable. If it was me or you in the same situation, we'd have been dragged off to prison immediatley.
Arnie will be bang out of order to let her off.
This'll just give the stupid girl more press coverage.

Yes why should she be let off anybody else would have to go to jail,it might teach her a lesson in not breaking the law.plus i have no time at all for drink drivers, she should not have even been driving as she was allready banned for drinking and driving,so she should do her time, perhaps she might grow up.
