Truly true superstitious? Maybe. My dad was, & I think a little rubbed off on me. Three of the BIGGEST catastrophes happened to me on precisely, April Friday 13th. Does this mean anything? Not necessarily, but this year I just couldn't help myself, waiting to see if the sky would fall. (It didn't.) I never think about walking under ladders, or cracks in the sidewalk, or black cats. (l have one!) But ALWAYS, when I blurt out something like--if anything happened to my cat--I immediately say "Absit omen" (is that the way it's spelled?) meaning, I think, let it be unspoken. As if the negative words themselves could make it happen! I am in a random & rather superficial way--

You have a wonderful weekend, too!

Let's see.. nope.

I mean I believe in ghosts&spirits but not bad/good luck. I think it's just what goes around comes around. Karma, harr. I don't know.

I don't believe that walking under a ladder is bad luck, 13 is a bad number etc. A no-no for me pls! I also don't believe all those stupid chain mails about superstitious stuffs. They're a bunch of crap.

HEY you have a wonderful weekend too! =D

It's hard to define your own beliefs as superstitions: those are funny things other people believe. But I have little rituals I use, such as counting out how many times I shuffle the Tarot cards by naming the ten sephirot, ending with "in the name of the maiden, the mother, and the crone." I also respect black cats, but I figure it is THEIR bad luck, not mine, when they cross my path. And to me, Friday the 13th is a very lucky day.

Is that what you mean by superstition?

Yes somewhat,I won't walk under a ladder, always walk around it and never open an umbrella in the house.Black cats don't bother me,I had one and he crossed my path many times and nothing bad happened.
Your welcome,Hope you have a nice weekend too.

everyone may tell that they're not superstitious, but there are certain things for which u cannot restrict. So the answer is neutral.

no

maybe yes.. i have this friend, who does exist but nobody can see her :( they all lie, saying that she doesn't exist. but she does she does she does. she is the one who is always spilling water, not me, she is the one who broke the vaccun cleaner, not me :( so in a way i believe in something that noone believes in, has no logical or scientific reason, so maybe i am superstitious.

:))
