No, sorry there isn't. But don't let it bother you. In my 20s I felt inferior to my close circle of friends as they all had hairy chests and I didn't. I felt less of a "real man".

When I mentioned this to one of them, I learned I was the only one who felt this way. Whether I had chest hair or not was not an issue to anyone else. Being accepted by other men as a "real man" depends on being a reliable and trustworthy friend. No one will judge you on how hairy or not you are, and if they do, then they're ignorant and their opinions aren't worth worrying about.

Time. Different parts of your body develop at different rates. Some guys don't get chest hair until they are in their mid-20s, and there really is no way to speed up the process. Facial hair should come a little earlier. Just enjoy what you've got.

No there is no way. You will regret wanting this process when you have to shave daily. Facial hair can be a real pain; enjoy this time when you don't have it.

Start working out. It will increase the amount of testosterone in your body and the hair will grow. Especially working out the legs.
