I'm doign the iodine clock reaction for my coursework. i have most of the other calculations figured out, but i need to knwo the Rate of the reaction before i can do anything!

Rate=k[A]^x[B]^y
^^^^^

I need to work out that rate before i can work out the rate constant or the order of the reaction, and i have no idea how... please help?
